This NonlinearStateSpace actor is written in Ptalon. The model simulates a
unicycle. The first input is the linear velocity of the unicycle, and the
second input is the angular velocity of the unicycle. The first output is
the x position, and the second output is the y position. The initial position
of the unicylce is (0, 0), and the initial heading angle is 0 degrees.
