Licenses for packages used by the Export HTML feature

The Vergil export HTML feature uses two external packages:
  1. jQuery by John Resig, which uses the MIT License
  2. Fancybox, from fancybox.net, which uses the Fancybox License, which is licensed under either the MIT License or the GPL (we choose the MIT License).
  3. Tooltipster, which uses the MIT License, see below.
