Abstract
This is the final report for the NSF Large ITR on "Foundations of Hybrid and Embedded Systems and Software." hosted at the (Center for Hybrid and Embedded Systems and Software (CHESS), http://chess.eecs.berkeley.edu.

The web address for the overall ITR project is: http://chess.eecs.berkeley.edu/projects/ITR/main.htm.

This is a short summary of the overall ITR Project on Foundations of Hybrid and Embedded Systems and Software. Attached to this summary is the compendium of the annual reports for each of the years from 03-10. The format of each of the reports includes the Events each year, the Project Findings in the four key areas, outreach activities and course work development. The number of undergraduate, graduate students and post doctoral scholars educated on this ITR constitutes a tremendous legacy for this program. We will review some of the most recent outcomes in general terms.
