Abstract
Resilience is a system-level property that arises from the components and the architecture of a CPS. In the case of model- and component-based development processes a significant contributor to the resilience of a system is the software platform that provides abstractions and services to build CPS applications upon. We argue that such a platform should provide essential features to build resilient CPS. We have recently started a new effort to design and prototype such a platform, with the required resilience properties and other services for the systematic engineering of resilient CPS. The talk will outline the basic principles for such a platform and the first results in using it for decentralized power system applications.
