Present activities
Giorgio Casinovi received his Ph.D. in Electrical
Engineering in 1988. He joined the School of
Electrical & Computer Engineering of the Georgia
Institute of Technology as an Assistant Professor
in Fall 1989. His current research interests include
high-level modeling and simulation of analog and
mixed-signal circuits, estimation of power dissipation
in integrated circuits, and CAD for optoelectronics.
In 1992 he received the School of Electrical Engineering
Outstanding Teacher Award and an NSF Research Initiation Award.
