Dr. Ross Ortega
Ross Ortega is a founder, Co-Chairman, Vice President, and Chief Technology
Officer of Consystant
Design Technologies, Inc. Dr. Ortega was one of the primary researchers on
the Chinook
Hardware/Software Cosynthesis Project at the University of Washington, where
he earned his Ph.D. on
"Communication Synthesis and Interface Synthesis for Distributed Embedded
Systems." He has a
MSCS degree from the University of Washington and a BSEE degree from MIT. In
1998 and 1999 Dr.
Ortega was Acting Assistant Professor at the University of Washington,
Bothell in the Computing and
Software Department.
