REVIEW OF CURRENT RESEARCH AT STANFORD UNIVERSITY'S CENTER FOR RELIABLE COMPUTING
Abstract
I will present an overview of the four major projects that are currently active
at the Center for Reliable Computing:
ELF is a series of joint experiments with LSI Logic Corporation to
gather experimental data on innovative test and design-for-test
techniques for sub micron digital and mixed signal ASICs
ARGOS is a
project to collect data on fault-tolerance techniques and errors in
an actual satellite-based space mission
In the TOPS project, a
high-level computer-aided design system that automatically synthesizes
dependable hardware is being developed.
The ROAR project will
develop techniques to implement dependable reconfigurable systems.
