Prof. Sung-Mo (Steve) Kang

Prof. Kang is Head of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was named an IEEE Fellow for his international leadership in the development of CAD for high-speed VLSI circuits and systems, and he received the Humboldt Research Award to Distinguished Senior U.S. Scientists.
