Dr. Thomas Daniel

Thomas Daniel, vice president of LSI Logic's ASIC technology, oversees the development and deployment of the company's ASIC and CoreWare technology, design tools and methodology to all market segments and ASIC worldwide field engineering workforce.

Since 1989, Mr. Daniel has held various management positions at LSI Logic's U.S. and European design center facilities. Most recently, he was director of engineering for LSI Logic's Communication Products Division where he was responsible for product development for wireless and ATM applications and design of ARM microprocessor cores and Oak DSP core.

Prior to LSI Logic, Mr. Daniel held engineering managerial positions with Allen Bradley and with the French National Center for Scientific Research.

Mr. Daniel received his MSEE at Warsaw Technical University and his Ph.D. from the University of Paris XI.
