	* Incremental linking of stars on platforms that use EGCS 
	fails with messages about std.h.
	The workaround is to use $PTOLEMY/mk/userstars.mk as the
	basis for a makefile.
	The fix is to patch $PTOLEMY/src/pigilib/pigiLoader.cc
	and recompile.  

	The patch below is in 0.7.1p1
