The information below was gleaned from email from Jon Forrest and Judd Reiffin. However, any mistakes are mine :-)

WSSG recommends Exceed for Windows 3.1 and Samba for NT.

Apparently NCD's PC Xware package also has a NFS Client/Server addon PC-Week had a review of this in mid February.

Marathon is $325 for a single user and $146 per user in 100 user packs.

Hummingbird has a NFS client called Maestro
