| Bio: | SHUVRA S. BHATTACHARYYA is an Associate Professor in the Department of
Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Institute for Advanced Computer
Studies, at the University of Maryland, College Park. His research interests
center around architectures and computer-aided design for embedded systems. He
received the B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and the
Ph.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He has held
industrial positions as a Researcher at Hitachi, and as a Compiler Developer at
Kuck & Associates, and has consulted for industry in the areas of compiler
techniques and multiprocessor architectures for embedded systems. |
