| Bio: | I have been an Electronic Engineer with Thales (formerly Racal Research) since graduating from Cambridge University in 1978. I have worked in many areas of communications technology. I started on the hardware side and steadily progressed to software, with particular emphasis on enabling technology. From October 1995 to December 1999, I was a part-time PhD student. |
