The TerraSwarm Annual Meeting wasbheld October 26 & 27, 2016 in Berkeley; the venue was available for demo and poster set up the day prior to the meeting, October 25.
Meeting location: Clark Kerr Campus Conference Center,

We were in the Conference Center, marked as 14 on the Clark Kerr Map.
Parking
Parking permits were available upon request for non-UC Berkeley registrants who requested them in advance when registering.
Lodging
There was no hotel block.
A variety of hotels are located ~15 minutes (walking time) from Clark Kerr Campus.
