Abstract
The swarm is a ubiquitous sensing and actuation system, represented by dynamic, irregular data at a massive scale. This work presents a context engine that executes a formal ontology. It provides the infrastructure for various physical and virtual entities to share data, transform low-level sensor data into high-level knowledge, and apply intelligent learning and optimization.
