Venue: TerraSwarm Annual Meeting: October 14 & 15, 2015

The TerraSwarm Annual Meeting will be held October 14 & 15, 2015 in Berkeley; the venue is available for demo and poster set up the day prior to the meeting, October 13.

Meeting location: Clark Kerr Campus Conference Center,
2601 Warring St Berkeley, CA 94720.

We will be in the Conference Center, marked as 14 on the Clark Kerr Map.

Parking

Parking permits are available upon request for non-UC Berkeley registrants. If you would like a parking permit, you must request it in advance when you register for the meeting.

Where to Park:
The closet lot is the "Southwest Parking Lot" located just behind the Clark Kerr Campus Conference Center at the corner of Derby and Warring Streets. Enter off Warring.

Obtaining your permit:
Permits will be handed out in the Southwest Lot to those who requested them. A parking attendant will be stationed at the entrance to the lot one hour prior to the start of the meeting. Reserved spaces have been set aside for these special permits. The permit you are given by the attendant will be valid for both days of the meeting. If you did not request a permit in advance or arrive after the attendant has left, please park temporarily in one of the open, unreserved spaces and go inside to the registration desk to pick up a daily scratch-off hang tag.

For those using a UC Berkeley "C" or "F" permit or San Diego "B" pass:
There will be plenty of open, unreserved parking in the Southwest lot.

Note: we do not recommend street parking. The nearest overflow lot is located at Channing Way and Haste Street, a 15 minute walk from Clark Kerr Campus.

Lodging

There is no hotel block.

A variety of hotels are located ~15 minutes (walking time) from Clark Kerr Campus.

The more expensive hotels in the area include:

• Hotel Durant
• Shattuck Plaza Hotel

The less expensive hotels nearby are:
• Berkeley Faculty Club
• Bancroft Hotel
• Berkeley City Club
