Logistics

Credit: EECS 124 is a 4 unit course.

Prerequisite: EECS 20, EECS 61C, EECS 70 or Math 55

Instructors:

Edward A. Lee Office hours Mondays and Wednesdays, 2-3pm and by appointment.

Sanjit A. Seshia Office hours Thursdays and Mondays 2-3 pm and by appointment.

GSI:

Isaac Liu - liuisaac (at) berkeley (dot) edu, Office hours: During lab sessions

Class Meetings: Mondays and Wednesdays, 9-10:30 AM, in 293 Cory.
Lab Times: Mondays 4-7 PM, Thursday 5-8 PM in 125 Cory.

Other Materials: Relevant literature will be made available on the web whenever possible, and copies of essential papers will be distributed when web-based distribution is not possible. However, you are expected to make extensive use of supplementary references.

Requirements:

  • The course requires team project with a final paper and poster presentation.
  • Homework assignments.
  • Midterm exam, tentatively Wednesday, March 19
  • Possible final exam or second midterm

Grading Breakdown:

  • 35% course project
  • 20% labs
  • 25% midterm
  • 20% four homeworks (last one in April)
