The source for the TerraSwarm main page is in terraswarm/index.htm.

Table of Contents (toc) - Left side

For the left hand toc, there are toc.htm or toc.html files in each directory. If the file is not present, then the parent directory is searched. The table of contents on the main page is in terraswarm/toc.htm.

Table of Contents - Top

The table of contents at the top is controlled by PhP. The iCyPhy site and the TerraSwarm site share this menu. See ~www/php/php/ucb/layout/html.inc.php.
