What needs to be done each year for a new set of applications

Each year, the following steps should be taken to prepare for new applicants.

1. Review the membership of each workgroup and remove industrial members who are no longer participating.
2. Update the workgroup
3. Notify Christopher so that he can preserve last year's applications and set up new applications. See How do I preserve old applications and set up for new applications?
