How do I connect the mixer?

The mics and compressors have already been done.

Take a cable that has two mono quarter-inch jacks on one end (or RCA plus adapters) and one stereo mini-jack on the other end. Plug the quarter-inch jack into the mixer main outs, and the stereo mini-jack into the Line/Mic input of the Winnov encoder card.

Plug the headphones into the headphone socket of the mixer. If you have an external headphone amplifier (JohnR owns one, currently GSRC does not), plug the headphone amp into the Tape Outs of the mixer.
