How do I set up a conference call?

For use in conferences, we have a Polycom soundstation premiere (2 mics plus wireless mic ~$1600)

We are using Polycom Soundstations, (~$400 ea) for offices and sites

Analog/Digital converter

We had a box called 'Inside Line' from SystemSoft Corporation of Boulder CO that stopped working.
